The official inauguration of the Koszalin office took place on November 3, 2014, at Morska Street 2, then we moved to Szczecińska 25a. However, it all started in the spring of 2013.

Before we opened the new office

In 2013, we conducted a market study in Koszalin. Koszalin as a city, both with a rich history and predispositions for development, met our expectations. Initially, the influx of CVs of employees from this region was small. Therefore, returning here at the turn of March and April 2014, and at the same time resuming talks on the establishment of another branch of Transition Technologies, we knew that we had to have a plan. During this time, two significant meetings were held: one with the city authorities and the other at the Koszalin University of Technology, where we presented the profile of our company and the concept of organizing the branch. These meetings turned out to be fruitful. And from that moment, at the beginning of the summer holidays, talks were started to determine the terms of cooperation with Dr. Grzegorz Górski (the current operational director of the office), who decided to build a team from scratch.

The sea relaxes and inspires

Drawing inspiration from the seaside scenery, it is not difficult to guess that the interiors refer to the Polish sea. It is worth noting that Koszalin can even boast of a palm tree, donated by the TAD team, which has a special place in our kitchen and is a unique decoration.
In November 2014, we started with a team of eight employees. In the initial phase, they were remote members of existing project teams, e.g. working in the energy market. As they gained experience and improved their skills, we began to form separate technology teams. Currently, our Koszalin TTSW team consists of 50 talented people.
The employees of the branch highly appreciate the pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Various initiatives and events are conducive to team integration. Already in the first months of the office’s operation, joint activities within the company were organized, such as Easter karaoke, Valentine’s Wednesday or Fat Thursday. The Koszalin team consists of creative people, full of ideas and a strong will to develop.
