With three people on board, whose steadfastness in pursuing their goals was enviable – Transition Technologies in Lublin started its operations on June 18, 2013. Initially, this Lublin branch worked with existing project teams in other locations, thus creating so-called distributed teams that dealt with projects in the energy and gas sector.

From three to over a hundred!

As the office grew, the number of employees grew. Currently, the branch in Lublin employs over 100 specialists who not only work on internal solutions, but also implement outsourcing projects for the public sector. The Lublin office located at Tomasza Zana Street, although it met the initial requirements, turned out to be small, with only four rooms. As a result, the ward was moved to a new, larger location at Jana Pawła II Street.
Employees actively participated in the creation of the new office space, contributing their ingenuity to the creation of unique interiors. Their ingenuity was extremely helpful in creating an atmosphere that can be envied. The employees decided in a democratic vote that the leitmotif would be rock.

We love rock’n’roll

The official opening of the new Lublin office took place on October 23, 2014. In addition to the official conference, an unusual surprise awaited the guests – a concert performed by talented employees of the office, during which the most iconic songs of the bands that inspired the names of the conference rooms: Metallica, Nirvana, Guns N’ Roses and Red Hot Chili Peppers were presented.
The team working in Lublin continues the dynamic development of the Group, which resulted in the decision to lease an additional floor, which was opened in 2019.
Nowadays, in the relaxation room, every employee has the opportunity to unleash their musical talent and play their favorite songs on one of the electric guitars, creating a vibrant and creative environment.
