This is where our story begins. In a small room, in the Blanka Palace at 14 Senatorska Street, not far from the Theater Square, the company was founded, which at that time had five employees specializing in software development, industry translations and… furniture distribution.
The place also has special historical significance, as it was here that the indomitable Krzysztof Kamil Baczynski died during the Warsaw Uprising. Following his ideals and steadfastness, we took our first steps in the then nascent IT industry.

It started with Westinghouse

In the early years, Transition Technologies had close ties with Westinghouse, which prompted some programmers to go to the U.S. for a few months on a contract basis. Thanks to the fact that Westinghouse was experiencing a rapid rise to prominence in the IT industry in the mid-1990s, this allowed employees to return to the company’s headquarters in Poland and for the domestic company to grow. As the team continued to grow, the office was moved to facilities on Dzika Street. However, it soon became apparent that even this space was insufficient.
In April 2003, the company found new premises on Peacock Street. This office now serves as a workplace for talented programmers, skilled analysts, engineers and salespeople.

Innovation is our DNA

For more than 30 years, we have been developing software for many sectors of the economy, and one of the branches is industry with a particular focus on the energy and gas sector. Over the years, our Warsaw office has been a testament to our growth, resilience and commitment to excellence in software development. We continue to innovate and deliver exceptional solutions to our clients, staying true to our roots while embracing the opportunities of the digital age.
