Transition Technologies-Software (TTSW) originates from the Software Solutions Centre (SSC) department, which primarily implements projects on the energy and gas market, as well as provides outsourcing services in the public sector. However, it is the evolution of the market that leads us to a new one – to commercial projects for the banking, financial and insurance industries.
The Capital Group started its operations in 1991 in Warsaw, starting as a limited liability company employing only, or perhaps as many as five people. Within nine years, it transformed into a public limited company, creating its first branch outside the capital and focusing on software development for various industries.
In 2003, the Group decided to expand its operations into foreign markets, opening a sales branch in Germany, followed by offices in the USA, the UK, Sweden, France, Ukraine, Malaysia and Taiwan.
In 2010, our commitment to research and development was appreciated, which resulted in the Group obtaining the status of a Research and Development Centre. By 2019, we hired 1500 specialists operating in various sectors, such as energy, gas, medicine, managed services, mobile technologies, cybersecurity in the automotive and industrial sectors.
During this period, the Group consisted of 9 companies, including Transition Technologies-Software, which emerged from the largest division of Transition Technologies S.A. known as Software Solutions Centre (SSC). After the spin-off, TTSW continued to implement current projects in the field of energy, gas and the public sector, which is our strength to this day.
Being part of GKTT (Transition Technologies Capital Group), Transition Technologies-Software we benefit from over thirty years of experience in the IT industry and can boast an impressive track record of over 500 completed implementation and consulting projects.
TTSW is the third largest company in the entire Capital Group, which remains committed to expansion, organizational improvement and conquering new sectors.
Currently, the Transition Technologies Group is a leader in software production in the fields covered by Transition Technologies-Software. In the public sector, it is listed as the most specialized company in the production and implementation of software for process management in institutions or offices.
With 100% Polish capital, the Group achieved impressive sales revenues of PLN 364 million in the third quarter of 2021 alone. In 2020, TTSW achieved an excellent result of PLN 44 million. According to the ITwiz report, the Transition Technologies Group ranked seventh among the largest IT companies with Polish capital in 2020, further strengthening its position as a leading player in the industry.
