At Transition Technologies-Software, we support every talent. We provide assistance to students, graduates, people without higher education and everyone who wants to move to the IT industry, regardless of age and experience. After all, it is never too late to learn.

In addition to our regular meetings with students at job and internship fairs that are organized by universities, we also offer annual programs for apprentices. The most promising interns have the opportunity to join us permanently, gaining valuable professional experience under the guidance of qualified mentors. We believe in nurturing talent and helping individuals thrive within our organization.

At the Koszalin University of Technology, we have established a scientific club as part of the Dev_Akademia_TTSW. In 2023, we initiated cooperation with the TeamWEB Student Research Club from the Lublin University of Technology and the „Something About IT Security” Student Research Group from the Rzeszów University of Technology.

 

In addition, we actively participate in various projects like Cafes of the Lublin City Hall (Kawiarenki) or celebrations of the 10th anniversary of the Lublin IT Upland, organizing free professional consultations and open days in our offices.

 

We are committed to fostering academic partnerships, community engagement, and opportunities for young talent development.

What do the internships look like?

Every year we offer summer internships, which are a valuable educational and professional experience. During these internships, you can expect to:

Receive a supervisor dedicated to a specific technology,
Work in a full SCRUM team,
Be involved in dedicated internship projects,
Strengthen cooperation with your supervisor to analyze code and gain insights into best practices,
Get acquainted with the work with technical documentation,
Learn how to effectively use bug reporting systems,
Learn and use our version control system,
Gain hands-on experience with software tools that support testing processes and learn about the CI/CD process.

Our summer internships give you the opportunity to hone your skills, gain hands-on experience and learn from experienced professionals in a supportive and dynamic environment.

What you need to know before applying?

An ideal candidate for an internship at TTSW must already be interested in development within one of the technological paths before the application. Every year, at the start of the recruitment process, we announce specific paths available.

 

Most often we are looking for interns in the area of Java, Front-end (Angular) and in software testing.

 

An open and analytical mindset is essential.

 

The apprentice should enjoy teamwork, which is important to us.

What does the recruitment process look like?

YOU SEND your CV, and the HR team selects and gets back to you within the deadline set at the beginning of the recruitment process. We often collect CVs for a month and only then select candidates.

CONFIRMATION OF INTERNSHIP CONDITIONS – we contact selected people and present them with the conditions of the internship at the beginning. Those who accept it receive an invitation to take a practical skills test.

TECHNICAL APTITUDE TEST – candidates receive an e-mail from us with practical tasks to perform in the selected technology. Something will have to be programmed, something will have to be refactored, etc. Candidates complete the test remotely.

4

SKILLS VERIFICATION – internship supervisors check the tests completed by candidates. In case of doubt, we contact the candidates or ask them for additional supplements.
